Exactly what it says. If our technician comes to your home and cannot fix your furnace, you pay nothing. The diagnostic visit, travel time, the full hour — none of it. If the system needs replacement and repair isn't possible, we'll quote you on that, but the failed repair attempt won't cost you a cent.
My furnace is 20 years old — worth repairing?
Probably not for a major repair, but we'll tell you honestly. If it's a minor fix and the system otherwise runs well, we'll repair it. If it's a heat exchanger or a motor on an aging system, we'll walk you through the numbers on repair vs. replacement.
